"I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."

"The removal and installation went very well. Darren, our contact, evaluated our heating requirements and specified a state of the art high efficient system as we requested. Darren and Atlantic Heating & A/C also accommodated our request to bring the system on line before the upcoming cold weather. They successfully completed the work by mid October. The removal of the old equipment and the installation of the new system went smoothy with minimum impact on our home. The crew was highly skilled and very professional. We were also grateful that Atlantic Heating prepared the application for a rebate from the gas company. We received the rebate within a couple weeks of completion of the work. In addition, Darren followed up with a recent visit to provide us with advice and instruction on the operation of the equipment. "Trevor came out and serviced my HVAC unit after I noticed warm air coming from the system. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to come out the same day. He inspected the unit, found that it was low on coolant, located the leak, and recharged the system all in one visit. With the temperature being almost 90 degrees that day, I was extremely thankful for the fast service. Trevor was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend him."

"Stephen answered the phone directly when I called to make an appointment.  He said that he was available to come out that afternoon, if this was convenient..  I agreed, since we were home anyway because of power outages at work.  Stephen arrived as anticipated and spent a few minutes looking at the shed and its contents.  I also showed him an old exercize bicycle in the garage that I wanted removed.  He stated that he would e-mail me an exact estimate within a day or two, but anticipated the cost to be in the range of $800-$900.  I was somewhat taken aback by the amount since I had been quoted several hundred dollars less than this by the company I was planning to buy a new shed from.  I indicated to him that I would probably use this other company.  He said that he could take the exercize bicycle when he left, and proceeded to carry it out the garage and lift it into his truck.  He refused to accept payment or a even a tip for this.  The bike had been taking up badly needed space in our garage  for years, and for us it was extremely heavy (he hoisted it up with seemingly minimal effort...).  It may have been a small thing for him to do, but I was really appreciative.    If I need to hire anyone to haul away items in the future I plan on calling  Stephen."
