"Mr. Gonzales was a pleasure to work with. He was honest, trustworthy, friendly, communicated frequently, and did a superb job of painting our entire home interior--including ceilings. He followed our wishes with different paint colors and types (e.g. satin, semi-gloss, etc.) for different rooms. He and his crew did a quality job, not only of painting, but also of a detailed cleaning of the place. He also was flexible working around and with other contractors who were in the house doing other jobs. I strongly recommend him for painting or any other home improvement projects. -Thank you so much, Gilbert!!!"

"The 2 girls did an excellent job cleaning my house. Two problems: The appointment was for 10 AM but they showed up at 1:30 PM. No biggy. The bigger problem was that I told the manager that I only pay cash and she said OK. When I handed an envelope of cash to the girl as they were leaving, she said they cannot accept money. I had to call her boss while they were standing at the door and remind her that I don't do credit cards or billing or anything but cash in an envelope after service. She finally agreed and spoke to her employee, who accepted the envelope. I emailed CleaningExpert asking if we can continue their service, but got no response. Still don't know how it will work out."

"Marisol has been cleaning our house for just over 2 years. She does an amazing job cleaning and is very easy to schedule with. One of us works from home frequently and she is great at cleaning while he is working. I have referred friends to Marisol and they all say the same things - Marisol is the best!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
