"Excellent, Excellent experience with Cardinal! Replaced hot water heater, water softener, two toilets and outdoor spigots. The two-person crew was highly professional, and provided top notch service and expertise. Highly recommend Cardinal for plumbing and electrical and HVAC needs."

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "These guys were awesome! They were fast and reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that they placed the water softener tank in front of my heater, and we can't get our filters in and out. That being said, my husband never told me where it needed to be, and I don't know what I don't know. Thanks for the hot water!!"

"I called at 10am, the owner of the company arrived shortly after 11 and was done by noon! I could not be happier. He explained the typical cause of kitchen blockages (dying garbage disposals), and scheduled me for a replacement 4 days later. When I suggested going with a more expensive/ powerful model, he declined the opportunity to upsell. He also took time to clean up the dirty water splashes under the sink, even when I told him not to bother. Also, my dogs liked him."

"Great! Atkinson Maintenance kept in contact with me through the whole process, he let me know what I needed and got it done right away! I did not have to wait for him to come and give me a quote or fix the problem!"

"We had VM contracting do the roof on our home a couple years ago and the work was stellar! When we needed the windows replaced we had Mr. Vinney come back for this job. 10 windows and a large bay window. The work, once again, was very well done! Very competitive pricing and on time completion. We will use them in the next year or so when we we do the siding our home! Highly recommended!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
