When the main street pipe started draining into my basement Dave called the city after hours and had them clear the clog, saved me from a disaster. They came on Tuesday morning and finished by end of day Thursday. They dug a trench through the basement then outside to the sidewalk to replace the piping. Incredible job. It was expensive but I knew that going in, just unfortunate."

As always, the technician was friendly, eager to share her knowledge, super careful of our schedules and impact on the condo, appropriately communicative and best of all went above and beyond the call of duty by repairing without additional charge some wiring that had gone astray (costing her an extra half hour on site). Loved her! Boston Standard has not let me down yet -- pretty expensive but so worth it. Completely free of the contractor hassles people are always complaining about. And that goes for the office staff, too!"
