It was important that I be able to trust her because the house was unoccupied and there was no one on-site to let her in/out of the house, show her around the home, or be present during the repairs. "Lou immediately responded to my e-mail inquiry about replacing our badly leaking kitchen faucet. He came to our house a few hours later and let me know our under-sink water connections were a mess, which I already knew. He gave me an estimate and said he could complete the job immediately. I went out to pick out a new faucet while Lou went to work replacing all four shutoff valves. After the new faucet was installed the water was turned on but the new faucet was defective and leaked internally! Lou then had to remove the faucet when I went to buy another one, which Lou hooked up again and which happily worked fine. No doubt the defective faucet had Lou wasting an hour of his time, but he said never leaves a job unless it is perfect. It wasnâ t his fault the new faucet was defective, but he didnâ t complain. I definitely would use Lou for future plumbing needs."

"It was an absolute joy and delight working with Tarique and Andrew. My initial conversation with Tarique was very professional and informative. He put me at ease and i felt comfortable asking questions about the project throughout. I really appreciated that we could coordinate and send pics of the issues beforehand so there would be no surprises at the time the work started. His quote was reasonable, not the cheapest option but the last time i went for the cheaper option I got stuck with a plumber who triggered my PTSD. Tarique and Andrew were both very respectful, professional and completed the job in the time allotted and i appreciate that. "While on Vacation I contacted Sal Manzo because new countertop were getting installed a few days after I returned home. I was able still send Sal pictures and he was able to confirm my slow drain was due to incorrect drain install by another contractor. He scheduled Mike Manzo to be there the day after I returned and he correctly replaced pipe to code. Thanks to Sal and Mike for responding so quickly and fixing the issue so the countertop can get installed. this allowed the rest of kitchen installation to complete on time and on schedule. Mike was punctual, meticulous, clean and professional. the cost was high but was worth the peace of mind and quality of work. Mike had also installed a gas line/pipe for new gas stove in March. It was done to code and was a fair price. Will always call Sal Manzo for may of my plumbing needs"
