"Josh is truly the best. I try to seek out the best for my area, and Josh with Saber concrete and foundations was the best. A portion of crack in garage floor had dropped as well as a couple sections of driveway with many cracks. Driveway and garage floor level and all cracks filled. Garage floor and driveway are both over 25 years old. The work he did will allow me to not worry about replacement for many years. He knows his business and provides exceltional work. Very responsive when needed. He's honest about the project and his crew are hard working. He cares about his customers. Good work is always my #1 concern and and was not disappointed. "We hired Signature Decks and Patios to design us a new Patio.
They came up with a great design and a affordable price that meet our budget. We did shop around but the design was what sold us.
They were able to start before the starting date which was great for us. The job took 4 days with a crew of 5 men. The patio was approximately 650 sq.ft. There was a bench around the fire pit and a Arbor over the sitting area. Were so happy with our new patio. The construction crew and the team leader was a treat to work with. Everything was done before the completion date which was good for us because we had company over the holidays.
A enjoyable experience. Will use again to landscape around it in the spring.

"Mark arrived and viewed our problem. He gave us sound advice about how to fix our water intrusion problem. Unfortunately, his company does not provide the service we need (pouring concrete). His advice was sound and made so much sense to us. We had met with another company who recommended a variety of measures which were all extremely costly. Mark was honest and credible.
