"Jeremy assessed the problem and gave us a few scenarios with prices. Before jumping to the most expensive solution, he suggested replacing the toilet first (and explained why). When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. It took only 2.5 hours. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information. We would definitely call him again and easily recommend him."

"David was incredibly prompt with communication and showing up for the appointment. When David and I first spoke, he was in transit to another job. David took down my information and what we wanted to have done and then called back to give me a price range for installing the new gas line. He offered to come out and look at the job to give me an exact amount if I wanted, which I told him was not necessary. David showed up right on time and the work was outstanding. The final bill was actually a little bit less than I had expected."
