"We had done work with Pronto for years. When we went to sell our house we found out that they had installed water heater incorrectly and it cost us $450 to fix it. They had installed it so it created a backdraft. Also we had them come out two times when the pilot light blew light blew out because of the backdraft and they charged us for that.
