Penguin heating & Air was very quick to respond to my request, fast text reply, sent them pics, they replied with a quote, which was way lower than anyone else on this site, or even our regular guy that we normally use, we scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which was today, he also finished the job the same day! David did a very good job, very professional. Despite a terrible rainy day, he got the job done. When he was done he walked me through with exactly what he did. He also quoted me for a service on an existing unit and his quote was almost $200 less than what our regular guy charges us... We will absolutely be using this company again."

"Bernie is very professional and curtious!!! My furnace stopped working and I was trying to find someone at 2:30pm that could come out the same day. The overnight temps were going to be in the low 50's so we would not have been able to sleep in the house! I was so stressed out! I came to Homeadvisor and did a search and Bernie called me. He said he could come out the same day and it would be before 5pm. He showed up at 4:25! He quickly fixed the problem which turned out to be minor and only charged me the low Diagnostic Service Fee! He was very honest and didn't try to upsell me or claim that something bigger was the problem! I was so relieved that he was able to fix the problem! I would totally recommend his business and I will definitely call him again if I need service or if I decide to replace my 18 year old furnace and AC! Don't be fooled by the low number of reviews (23) it's only because he is fairly new to Homeadvisor. I have no doubt that he will have hundreds of "5" reviews in no time! :)"
