Jamal went the extra mile and even fixed some wiring that wasn’t installed correctly from a prior technician. If you use Brother’s, ask for Jamal when scheduling your service. He was a pleasure to talk with and learn from while our system maintenance was being performed. 5 star service!!!"

"The technician cleaned and calibrated the air conditioner. He pointed out that we had a part that was aging and could possibly fail at any time. He asked if we wanted to replace it. We told him to do what he needed to do to get the air conditioner working at full capacity. He quoted a price of $132. After checking our account, he returned to tell us that the part is covered under the 10 year warranty. He was very thorough and meticulous with his work.
We have dealt with Duggan for 8 years and had our unit serviced spring and fall each year. The office always communicates with the customer and let you know when the technician is on the way. During the eight years, all the technicians were knowledgeable, professional and  are always very polite. They wear shoe covers when in the house and leave their work area clean.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
