"I found GenJazz through Angi, and Fernando came by and measured, took pics, and listened to what my wife and I wanted. He was friendly and personable. Super nice guy. Really appreciated that he understood what we were trying to do with this space. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but it did seem the most responsive to our vision. We made some changes on the fly. After initial demo, we decided we wanted to upgrade the stone around the bath as well. We made changes to the glass surround choice, even sourced a reasonably priced custom cultured marble shower pan, which Fernando and his guys thought would look great. They were SUPER responsive, and tried to help us save money where it made sense. Also, ALL of the guys that did the work were kind, thoughtful, and polite. Alfonso, Joe, and workers were great with my wife, 4 kids, and puppy, who were always around since we homeschool. They cared about the quality of the work. Super happy with the bathroom, and would pick them again!"

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "We hired Streamline to replace a support beam in our kitchen that was too small. They came out and looked and gave us a quote. They started on time and stayed until the job was done. It took several days, but Mark and Harry were in constant contact and communication with them was great. We didn’t have to worry about the little things that pop up on jobs like this. They did exactly what they promised and even came back a few extra times to make sure it was perfect. Everything about this team was just wonderful. "Sales Rep. Joshua from Contra costa county stated they are a good team and they are a team and there's only one pro came and on the first day supposed to come and he was sick so we lost days of work. my husband used a whole vacation week and we lost days . They had multiple call offs and the person that was working . They would not stay whole day . There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project.
