After lots of money in parts and labor it still did not work right and we had to put a portable unit in our living room so to be comfortable. In less that hour he diagnosed the problem being a bad compressor. My 3 ton was only working on 1 ton. He confirmed it with the owner Brian and also called the Lennox Company who made him ho through all the tests again to make sure. My A/C works perfectly now after the other 3 companies just milked us.
