"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

"By the time the service rep was contacted and he called us, we had purchased the part and repaired the air conditioner unit ourselves. We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. "Contact was made with Jason and he met with me for a free estimate of what work I wanted performed.. Jason and Chris were hired to service the Furnace and to install new H&A ducts underneath the house. Other work performed by the guys was replacing old and leaking waterlines underneath the house, and hauling away all the old ducts. Hauling an old Heating and Air unit on the side of the house, and doing some mason work to cover the hole. Installing a section of chain link fence and gate. Troubleshooting and replacing an electrical switch in the storage shed. Unclogging and replacing a waterline underneath my bathtub and installing a new shower head and fixtures. Also, repairing a leaking toilet bowl and replacing a rotting section of floor underneath..... Overall, the boys were excellent in their knowledge and work performance. They were easy to talk too and their work ethics was superb... I would without a doubt hire them again should and when the need arise..."

Was contacted by Weatherproof, and they handled ALL of it for me. Worked with the adjustor to determine what needed fixed, helped me pick the right materials to have a great looking roof without costing me an arm and a leg. Very straightforward with their predicted costs and timelines. Crew came out and did an amazing job - 1 day just as anticipated. No hiccups, no tragedies. I didn't have to lift a finger. The owner and his team conducted themselves with character throughout my experience. I will be contacting them for any future contracting needs. So many shady companies out there, and I feel blessed to have run into these folks."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
