During the initial appointment I went over what I was looking to have done and the possible color schemes that I wanted to include. The design was very nice and there even included a bench seating area made out of cabinets for my breakfast nook. It was a great utilization of space. "As usual, it was a wonderful experience! Frank and the guys stayed in touch throughout the whole process. It was tricky because the work was done at a rental property. We had to get our tenants to move all the furniture from upstairs to downstairs or outside. We also had to keep them off the floors and stairs while the poly dried. Frank was wonderful, working his crews around our schedules to minimize disruption to our tenants. AMS crews helped replace the furniture, then all the downstairs stuff had to go in the garage while he put in carpet. I felt Frank did an excellent job in balancing our desire for quality work, but still understanding that this was a rental property, not our own home.
The floors look incredible. The stairs are a real treat. Rental properties take a beating and we were planning to recarpet the whole house. When Frank came out to measure, he discovered hardwood flooring under the carpet upstairs. Bingo!! We will not have to recarpet again!! The price was very reasonable and I am thrilled that he discoverd the hidden jem of hardwood!
Once again, we could not be more pleased. It was another perfect job by AMS!

"They were okay. It was a little expensive for what we got. It is very versatile. They are heavy duty wall panels that have horizontal slits in it and the system hangs from those slits. The biggest advantage is that we can move things around if our needs change. I've had to reinforce a couple of the cabinets and the shelving in the corners. It is plastic but it holds up pretty well because it is protected in the garage. I didn't think the amount of weight it says it will hold was necessarily correct in all cases. The hooks have been fine. My only issues have been with the cabinets. The price is pretty steep. They were late and it took them several days to get it installed."

Staff and Uran in particular was very helpful during my selection process.Talking about cabinet quality is another reason I decided do change my cabinets. This is not one of those cheap cabinets made of particle board. All the cabinets they were offering me were made of wood and plywood.

Good group of guys showed up to perform the work.  However, the work performed was just fair.  I ended up with paint drippings on approx. 70% of my roman shades throughout the house and more on the floor in a number of places.  I was supposed to get 2 coats throughout the home.  To me, two coats means two coats.... one coat applied, let dry, second coat applied.  To them, it means using a roller wither a deeper pile.  So, get up close to my walls and you can see the color beneath where the coverage wasn't enough.  Luckily my new color was really similar to my old, so it's not a glaring issue.

My mudroom was painted an incorrect color.  It appears that they had run out of the color needed and just moved forward with what they had instead of driving 1 mile to Sherwin Williams and picking up a gallon.  Again, the color wasn't a drastic change from the other, so maybe they thought it would go unnoticed??

I'm a business owner myself and understand the importance of speed of work to maximize your profit, but NEVER at the expense of quality and professionalism.  Slow down, take a bit less profit, do incredible work and watch your business explode!
