I initially chose this company based on the good reviews. I was told by the technician that based on the age of the unit and problem it was more cost effective to replace the unit instead of making a temporary fix. I agreed and after entertaining some estimates I chose Comfort Air. We negotiated a very reasonable price along with a quality unit. The installers were very professional and completed the work in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any Heat and Air Conditioning needs."

"I would strongly recommend against using this company. Michael Bonsby sold me an HVAC system that repeatedly malfunctioned between its installation in August 2022 and removal in October 2025. Over those 3 years, Bonsby had ample opportunities to identify and correct the defect in the system, but it failed to do so. Nor did Bonsby ever offer to replace the system. In fall 2025, after years of frustration, I requested that Bonsby refund my purchase price for the defective system. Bonsby has refused and, in doing so, made arguments that are materially inaccurate as to the facts of the matter and applicable law. "
