"We've had two HVACs and a water heater installed and I would not use them again. They offer an extended warranty that beats their competitors, but their service plans are misleading and after installing one of our A/C units and supposedly doing "maintenance" on it a year later, we learned when we went to replace a filter ourselves that they couldn't have replaced the filter at the last service because the filter cannot be replaced due to the way they installed the unit. We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls). Trust the negative reviews and go with another company"

"01/28/2021 I called in the morning and left a voice mail message explaining I needed a main shutoff valve replaced. I received a call back from Vernon about 2 hours later and he asked me when I needed it done; this week or next week. I told him I would rather have it done this week but I could wait until later if necessary. He said he had 3 or 4 jobs scheduled for today and if they all went smooth; he may be able to do it this afternoon if that was ok. I said that would be great if he could. Vernon called me later in the day an said he could do it now if that was ok. He said he would be there as soon as he finished rapping up the job he was on. Vernon was there in a little while and looked over the job and explained what he was going to do. He did an excellent job and cleaned up when he was done. Vernon is pleasant to deal with and did a great job."

My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.

Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.

I was not prepared to set up the replacement that day, but Henry and the other tech were very professional and pleasant, and thoroughly explained the issue with my AC. "Don (the owner of Aqua) was in the area at the time I called and was able to stop by within 60-90 minutes of my call. He checked operation of the boiler, and diagnosed the problem with the help of the boiler manufacturer tech support. I needed a new ignition control module; the problem was that the boiler flame would not stay lit. He tried to get the old one working again, and seemed to succeed, but I called him back the next morning to report it started acting up again. He ordered the part and returned after it arrived in a few days to install it. The part appeared to resolve the issue and I was good to go. The boiler is over 25 years old and my previous HVAC contractor had said it needed to be replaced. Don looked at me like I was nuts when I told him that. He genuinely believed in repairing rather than replacing if at all possible, and I could not agree more."
