"Hamilton Plumbing did an amazing job for the work they conducted. I worked with Vernon who was very professional, responsive and polite in the coordination and completion of this effort. He kept me updated with the process and scheduling of the work. On the day the work was performed, he made sure to lay down drop clothes and kept the whole effort, which was pretty extensive, clean and organized. The water line and hot water heater were replaced and completed in under 4 hours. Upon completion, Vernon's team took the time to properly fill the hole in the yard that needed to be dug up, and retained the original layer of grass that was removed, and placed it back on top. "I had a difficult time tracking down a responsive, reasonably priced plumber, even through Angies List. Aqua has been fantastic. They were responsive to my calls and questions. I inquired about just replacing my 40 year old boiler which was not working after a dusty mess of a basement demolition (in addition to other questions). They had the opportunity to steer me in that expensive direction, but they instead told me of the challenges the new boilers have, and to periodically have old trusty cleaned and serviced instead. She should be reliable if I do that. Honesty goes a long way with me, as does customer service. This company is a gem. Unfortunately, my house is a hot mess as a result of significant demolition in my basement, so I will be calling again for a different leaky pipe after I leave this review. I'm thankful I now know who to call for my plumbing needs."

My 1952 house was not equipped with a vent, nor proper traps for either the washing machine or sink. There were sewer gases backing up on occasion, into the sink area, which is of course unpleasant.

Robert installed the traps, then came back to add the vent to the outside of the house. He did not have to go through the attic and roof. The end result looks like it was built with the house, and blends in well with the exterior.

He responds to my need for help either instantly or within 24 hours, is professional and knows his business. Anyone he hires is up to his standards, and those are very high. Having a reliable and qualified plumber is key to survival, and for that need, I go to Robert!!
