"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

We have hired him twice now, to sort out a flooded basement (care of the City of Baltimore & their contractor, Spiniello), and then to retrofit all the horizontal pipes in our row home. Not only did he and his team solve our issues, but they made it look good. For a 120 year old row home, you can imagine the plumbing has been subject to a number of revisions, so it was a real pleasure to see them cut it all out (pipes corroded down to a pin hole), and replace every water bearing line with a singular, clear & straightforward system of logically placed cut-off valves, t-joints and what-have-you.
Because we had already had him out to solve a 1400 dollar flood problem the city blamed us for (and which later turned out to be their fault but they are not willing to pay for), he offered us this super low rate to get all the rest* upgraded (*all the main branches had been upgraded already, namely the verticals to the second floor). Johns original quote was for 1250 to do all the horizontals, so since i had him there i asked if he could run gas to our stove. Because of our recent purchases from him and since he was already there, he ran all the gas and got me two (all you need is one) gas cut off valves for an additional 150 bucks. 
Home Depot quoted me 500 for the same job.
