My door was ordered from the catalog and so I waited a few weeks while it was made to order. Luckily I had a coupon for money-off and we negotiated $100 off what was the expected price. The amount of work that it took to install the door and frame was amazing. The original wood was all rotted. I had a small issue with how a piece of wood extended from the door jamb, but Michael came out himself to look at it and we decided that it served its' purpose. They don't just cut you off after the work is completed. Oh, and Michael is a joy to work with, no rudeness or inappropriate questions at the appointment like many others these days. I'll use them again.
