The size I had installed is not manufactured anymore for residential water heaters, so Carmine explained to me my options and took time to answer my questions and recommend a heater to get at Home Depot. But HD didn't have the needed size in stock almost anywhere. After searching for a water heater all over the state of New Jersey these guys went to Home Depot after removing my water heater and waited there for over two hours while my warranty replacement was processed, and then replaced my existing water heater.
