Everyone disagrees with appraised value and comparisons. Delayed process and decision making. Everyone else was willing to compromise, but not with the amount appraised because it is too far off. Lendor needs to get another appraisal."

"We recently worked with both Niki and Mark looking to buy a house. My wife and I had just moved back to Spring from Scotland after a few years abroad.
