Their promptness stood out. That was an emergency situation because once that line bursts, there is a lot of pressure there. Water was going everywhere so we basically had to shut the water off to our house. Just having someone just come within an hour was very helpful for us.

They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled old line segments away and put down grass seed and straw where they dug up the yard. They let me watch the screen as they sent the camera down the line during the inspection . They also did the digging by hand on a very hot and humid day . I am impressed by their efforts! After diagnosing the water heater he located a replacement went and picked it up and completed the install the same day. "We were doing a bathroom reno. It's the second one we've done. In the first bathroom, we were able to replace our light, no problem. Not so in the second one. It was a mess, had no idea what to do and it caused a problem with the electrical in other parts of the house, where a family member had medical equipment that needed to be on. This was on a Saturday. Called Davis & Greene's (we'd used them in the past) emergency number, left a message. Got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I had a tech (Chris) out who fixed everything up and was very nice and professional.
