"I asked for three quotes from Angie's List. I had chosen a large home services company from the list, and Angie's supplied me with two other names nearby. Borselle was the only contractor who called back and discussed the project. His call was very prompt, within a day. We asked him to replace a toilet with a quality water-saving model, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing a model, which he purchased and brought with him. It was a great choice. He also was helpful in answering other questions that we had. Plus, his price for the replacement was one-third less than the giant home repair company that had done similar work a year before. Borselle is definitely our new go-to plumber."

"we had a blockage after and they came right back to find and repair it. good people"

"Ash and M did a great job. Neat, courteous, professional — did great work on jacuzzi faucet replacement, including all associated plumbing. Explained everything when complete."

"They came on time and after giving the estimate Vinnie was able to install the new water heater. Amazingly he was able to complete the job in 2 hours. I was very pleased start to finish."

"Matthew was very quick to get back to me and get the job done right. I had a leaking toilet that was not seated correctly so it ruined the floor beneath. I had this issue fixed 3 times before. Matthew came out and replaced the flooring underneath it and now it sits correctly on the floor and no longer leaks. I would definitely have them come back if I had any other plumbing problems"

"Kyle and Marc were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They understood what we are looking to do and were able to provide quotes immediately. We expect that we will contract with them for a new hot water heater or a tankless hot water heater. I expect that their work is as exemplary as their representatives are."

"We had contacted Anthony to try and solve an issue of getting water in our basement during heavy rainstorms.  Anthony was extremely quick to respond to all emails and made time to come out to our home not only once for an initial consultation and quote, but again a second time to do a final run through with both my husband and I.   He was extremely knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and seemed 100% confident in his proposed solution.  I was impressed with how quickly he was able to identify what was wrong and he took the time to clearly explain it to us.  He was also willing to discuss price and tried to really work with us.  Unfortunately, I am expecting our second child any day now and, after receiving the final walk through, we had some complications that forced us to rethink our immediate financial needs. We are frustrated with the timing but had to put priorities in order.  We were extremely impressed with Anthony's professional attitude and wonderful customer service and are hoping to hire him to do the job later in the year!

"He was very knowledgeable and gave me some advice on how to avoid future problems. He was also on time and the service was done fairly quickly. He took the time to make sure all repair needed was done correctly and assured me if any problems were to occur he would be back to fix."

"Very happy with the service. Jerry arrived on time, was careful in the house, and cleaned up after the work. Reasonable rates and very good credentials. He is a very nice gentleman, the kind of person you want working in your home. Would definitely hire him again."

"I was very pleased with my experience with Griswold Plumbing, they installed a new shower faucet/showerhead and later a water treatment system. They were prompt, very professional, and courteous going the extra mile when needed. I highly recommend Griswold Plumbing and won't hesitate to call them again."
