Monthly I pay $21.45 and per our contract Acosta is suppose to come to my home twice a year to do a tuneup on my heat pump. In 2025 they only came once. I paid more that $250 for them to only come once. How is that fair? This isn't the first time they only came once in a year. The argumentative Bridget angrily told me she would send me a copy of the dates and times they've been to my home...I'm still waiting. I asked Bridget to allow me to speak to the owner, she told me she handles all issues and wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. So what is a customer to do when they have to deal with an angry, unprofessional, argumentative, dishonest employee? Is it asking too much to get what I paid for?"
