"I talked with many contractors and Steve was the only one who helped me get an engineer to make sure everything was done to code. He framed out a very difficult job which required cutting into a steel beam and a helical pier because the ground was too soft. He expanded laundry and bath area to provide for walk-in closet and full bath. He feathered out the wall to hide the plumbing pipes that could not be concealed. He was clean and orderly although dealing with inspections was rough and messed up our schedules and plans often. His people were very smart when it comes to plumbing and electrical and they provided advice to the licensed contractors when said contractors said things could not be done which helped me immensely. I purchased all tile, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures and products separately."
