From Sept. to Jan would not respond to our calls, messages etc... In January, I spoke to someone in the office. She stated that the manager said they would have our fire pit repaired by the end of Jan. or they would refund us fully. I have called and left messages. Today, I received a text that stated they would come out next week for the installation. This was only after I asked for our refund again and told them I would hire an attorney. I told them again today that I do not want them to fix this now, and we wish for our full refund—NO RESPONSE TO MY MESSAGE OF COURSE. STAY CLEAR OF THESE MONEY GRABBERS."
