"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "If you need a reputable honest company for your Cooling and heating system maintenance or repair then you need to call Hutchinson. Orlando is one of the good ones. Honest and tries his best to help his customers. My experience over the last year and a half with trying to get my Air Conditioning unit fixed by other local Temecula/Murrieta companies has been bad to say the least. Two other companies that I called told me that I needed replace my whole system for $12,000 or just my A/C unit for $5,000-$7,000. After waiting a year to try and come up with the funds to get something done I saw reviews on Angies list about Orlando and his company that made me feel that he was an honest guy and I could trust him. From the first call I felt that I was treated like an important customer and they were ready to help. Orlando and his crew came out that day and the next morning and were exceptional in their work ethic. They spent hours in unbearable heat diagnosing and fixing the problem. They determined that the unit was fine and just needed service and a Freon charge. While the previous contractors spent a few minutes looking at it and immediately told me I needed a new system. I don't know what more I can say about Hutchinson heating and air except they are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their A/C. 5 stars, A++++, Excellent."
