"I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"

"I let Angel supply all materials. He provided better quality parts than I could have gotten from Home Depot. The installation went smoothly with attention to detail (hose routing and clamping) and check for leaks. Clean up was done and the area was in better shape than when the job was started. This installation was well worth the cost."

"This is a family owned small business. They are friendly, professional, punctual, and really know their stuff. All at a very fair price. My AC had been getting worse every year until last year. HVAC Utor came out and fixed it. It ran better than ever before. This year it was just blowing air so I called again. Same great service as last year. Rachel kept me informed so I knew when they would be here. The problem turned out to be the new thermostat I had installed a couple of months ago. Diego had it figured out and fixed in 15 minutes. I can't say enough good about this company and the people who run it. They're the best!"

"My family and I just moved to a new home here in west Portland, One day I decided to open up one vent to see what was inside. I was in shock of how filthy my air ducts were! So I called Green Apple duct cleaning, And let me tell you, they new exactly what to do! By far the most professional and hard working group I've ever had clean my air duct system, if their is any problem at all, they will fix it! I have a relatively large house, and only paid 250! It was way cheaper then prices from other companies! I would highly recommend Green Apple to everyone!"

"The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"Oren Services did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. He was on time, professional, and cleaned up everything when he was done. I would hire him again."

"Posadas Heating and Air Conditioning did an amazing job. They installed central AC system in my main home and also AC in my ADU unit. Would definitely hire again, and recommend them often to family and friends."

"Ernesto is very professional and flexible with availability. I highly recommend him. I recently had Ernesto check my filters and he showed me how to clean them and install them. No job is too small or too big for him. He is also very reasonable with his prices for the quality you receive. I am a house manager and I hired him where I am employed to change ac/heater filters and clean the ducts and Check the system to make sure everything is working correctly. Ernesto is my go to for ac/heater installations, repairs&maintenance. 5 star service and bilingual in spanish!"

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.
