"Originally I called for a diagnostic of my AC unit, which was doing a terrible job cooling my house. Nikita did the diagnostic-turns out the coolant was leaking, a coil needed to be replaced, and not to mention the thing was from the 1990's. We decided to replace and upgrade it, as well as our furnace, since we froze last winter (turns out it was badly rusted on the inside and emitting CO into the house, which NO ONE found last winter (had it looked at by 4 different people and everyone said there was nothing wrong except that the BTU's were too small for the size of the house). Roy was so awesome, because even though they couldn't schedule us for the next 3 weeks, he made sure we stayed cool-he filled up the coolant and came over to the house a couple times when the AC stopped working. I will be keeping him as our heating and cooling guy!"

"FANTASTIC, THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES I EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR RESIDENTAL HEATING AND COOLING NEEDS."

"Furnace was installed next working day. Very professional and helpful. Would recommend."

"Chris, the owner, was very knowledgeable about the type of furnace we needed, as well as could afford. He knew how big it should be for the size of the house. We have been using it this winter and even in the coldest period, it kept the temperature perfect. Chris did the install in minimal time and with professionalism. He even put in a flap, so that if we wanted to use our wood furnace it would close off the gas furnace flu, so the electronics would not overheat. We were very comfortable with him in our home."

"From Tammy in the office to system designer Jake Snyder to head technician Tim the folks from Irish Air were GREAT when I needed a second opinion on possibly needing a new heat pump. They saved me thousands of dollars. I can’t recommend them highly enough for sales or service. They are my new HVAC company!"

"My heat pump/AC unit stopped working mid morning the day I was going to leave on vacation. I called Bassett to see if by chance someone could make it out that day, or at least I could get on their schedule right when I returned. She checked with one of their service crew to see if he could swing by my house right after he was done with his current client. He was there within 45 minutes and had made the repair within 30 minutes. Now that is what I call great service!!!"

"Very communicative, reasonably priced, and quick to service! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done!"

"It went extremely well. The technician was professional and thorough. He spend at least 30 minutes with me reviewing the current configuration to ensure that the replacement water heater would meet our needs. We switched from a tank water heater to a tankless water heater and couldn't be happier. The tech did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and organized."

"Good job.  Air ducts clean and fresh smelling.  That is what I paid them to do.

"I had the technician Brett out & he did an excellent job. My heat went out and I didn’t know what to do but Brett came and saved the day! Thanks to Brett and complete comfort my heat is fixed and ready for this cold winter ahead! He was super friendly and wore his mask properly too which made me feel comfortable and safe from the virus. I will definitely be calling Complete Comfort again"
