The ARS secretaries could take a lesson. They somehow got my phone # and house # wrong! It made for some confusions. Luckily I called them when the serviceman didn't come or call on time. We straightened out the phone # and Manuel had to call me to find the house. Tiny errors make a big difference. Overall, the experience was fine because the service man was so kind and helpful. I will try them again, but check and recheck the details."

"I had called Andrew previous to the installation because I wanted to know about the new water heater; how well it was insulated, would it heat  cycle  less often than my 30+ year old heater, thus saving gas and would the pilot be easier to light than the old one, which required literally getting down on the cold, basement floor to light it.  All my concerns were answered  with professionalism and respect.
Andy was a very professional person/plumber/installer. He and I had a pleasant conversation throughout the installation process as I learned more about the process and my new water heater.  We even talked about soldering copper pipes, something I learned about doing many years ago, but which there was no need to do thanks to modern plumbing connections.  Watching Andy, who is a strong young man, haul the old water heater up the 9 steps to my garage and out to the truck where he would carry it away for disposal, made me even more thankful I/we had decided to replace it, it must have weighted close to three hundred pounds!
Andy was very professional and cleaned up any and all mess left after the installation, including wiping up spilled water from the pipes off of the new water heater, The install was estimated to take two hours but from arrival to departure took slightly over 90 minutes.  Very efficient.

"Our heat pump needed to be replaced and our furnace wasn't as efficient as it could have been so we decided to replace it all. After a consultation Bassett recommended a system for our house that included a furnace and standard air conditioner. We also had zones in our house but because we have an open stairway (in a not that big house) they also recommended doing away with the zones. We went with the recommendation and that first winter (last year) our house was so cold in the winter months. We were told that by letting the fan circulate all the time it would eliminate cold spots. What we didn't realize is that they never inspected or evaluated our current ductwork. It is undulated and as a result the air that circulates is always cold. The upstairs is cold and without a quartz heater in our family room, it too would be cold. We called them back to check and we were told that it seemed to be working fine. Putting a thermometer in the register said that there was heat. Later, in this summer my husband talked to them again anticipating this winter. We were told we might want to go back to having zones. It would only cost us another $1,000 or so to make that change. 

As for installation, that was done very professionally and neatly. They were prompt and polite. I would say to do your own research before Bassett ever comes and be prepared to make a decision based on that rather than what they may recommend. If I could figure out how to put that old furnace back in, I sure would. It worked much better for winter heat than this one does."

"My install went very well. They called me 10 minutes before they were to arrive and immediately got to work. All the installers were very friendly and courteous. I embarrassingly had some old fencing and a dog kennel too close to their work space outside, and he moved it without any complaints because I couldn't.
I was very impressed with how fast it got done as well, I thought they would be here all day, and it took them under six hours to get it all done, and the old system and water heater hauled away and they looked around and made sure that they didn't leave any trash laying around. Jim also ordered us extra filters so we wouldn't have to buy any for over a year. He made this experience of having to replace an expensive item in my home as painless as possible! Absolutely would send my friends and family to see him!

"Complete Comfort has really come in clutch for us three times in this past year. They had previously replaced our old water heater last summer, then in May we discovered a manufacturer defect that required the new water heater to need replaced. Complete Comfort performed the work at no cost since we were still within the warranty period. Fast forward to last week and the water heater was out again!
