Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. "When Timothy arrived he surveyed the problem and capped the pipe. We were able to resume using our water immediately. He promptly returned the next morning and finished the job by cutting into the drywall and removing the old connection heads (which were practically immovable). He replaced the washer hookups, as well as the connection heads, and put in a new washer box. Timothy was very courteous, professional, and reliable. HIs workmanship was excellent. The job was so neat you cannot tell there was ever a problem. Thank you Timothy. If I ever need a plumber again I would definitely call on Top Service. I highly recommend!"

"I did not get the service from them. Their estimate for that job was extremely expensive and over price. I had to go with another vendor for half of that price with EXACT same steps to address the issue as they had offered and with great outcome. They were however very professional and made the diagnosis which I paid for ( very expensive) but I had to pay for that. I must say their diagnosis was very thorough."

"It was a certain price for him to come out and fix a leak. He installed the water heater either the next day or maybe the same day. It was right away. I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."

"The service was very good. They were exceptional. He went over and above with the work. They cleaned everything up well and were polite. When I had one of the pipes break in my garage he came right back out to repair that at no charge. I feel like I got my money's worth for the service from them."

"We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want to write a bad report because the workmen did an excellent job, but it was the management that decided, so I really didn't know what to do. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."
