We purchased the package for 2 workers for 2.5 days to complete our master bathroom renovation.  Mike and Brian arrived the first day 10 minutes ahead of time (LOVE prompt workers!) and basically had much of the bathroom work done that morning.  We anticipated some down time (while paint and wall patching dried), so I had drafted a list of extra repair work that needed doing.  They got through almost all that by the end of the first day and had the bathroom cabinet and medicine cabinet installed! 

The second 1/2 day was spent attaching a new light fixture in the bathroom (I decided I didn't care for the one I originally selected) and repairing the wall around the detached light fixture.  They even recommended moving the medicine cabinet down a little to adjust for the new lighting fixture (creating work and patching for themselves but a better LOOK all around!).

Mike and Brian were so efficient, punctual and very friendly.  Every time I would have a question or change my mind, they were patient with me and would kindly do as I ask.  I appreciated the fact that they did not stretch the time but instead told me honestly that they would not need the whole 2.5 days. 

I contacted Rollins and asked if I could get some money back from the deal but because it was a Deal and already paid for, they offered to me that I could use the remaining 1 day with 2 workers at any point in the future.  After discussing with my husband, we decided to use Rollins' outdoor painting services to paint our difficult to reach soffits (which at one point are almost 3 stories off the ground due to our house being on a hill).

We scheduled the date for a few weeks later and Bobby and Dave arrived promptly this morning at 8am.  I asked if they could wash the soffits before painting them (as they were filthy) and they did not bat an eye!  They went right to the work and by the end of the day had completed the entire task of cleaning and painting- we have 10 different sections of soffits because it's a tri-level... not a simple task!

It was great work and great workers all around and we will definitely use Rollins again!

He then sent us a proposal (including the estimated cost) via e-mail, which we subsequently accepted. Fritz scheduled our work, and we sent a 25% down payment. The first day's work included installing the StoreWall panels, prepping the floor, and applying the first coat of epoxy. An additional coat was applied each of the next two days. Fritz and his team did excellent work. We were really pleased with the quality and felt the work met or exceeded our expectations.
