Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. "Good experience hiring Todd. he and came with one other person and were really professional and got the job done of replacing the main water pipeline. he did not increase his quote even when he struck a part of the sewer and had to replace it when replacing the pipe. cleaned up after they were done as well. would not hesitate to recommend this company"

"I hired the wrong person initially to replace my polybutylene pipe. After over 2.5 months of continuing leaks I decided to have the work replaced. Glen from Ragsdale came over to give an estimate. He fixed where water was coming into the family room from the upstairs bathroom. He inspected the rest of the work done. The estimate from Ragsdale was significantly less than the other estimates I got including the repair he did that day. Glen and his assistant came and did the job in 8 hours. They were polite and professional . I wish I had hired them from the beginning. It would have saved me a lot of money, anxiety and damage to my home. I will call them for future plumbing needs."
