At the time, we were very satisfied that they worked to make things right. We've had the current HVAC for 8 months and it has stopped working. A technician came Friday and confirmed that someone would be here Monday to fix it. No one has shown up. We called and they said we are not on the schedule and someone will get back to us. No one has returned our call. We are going on day 10 with no AC, receiving little to no communication and no sense of urgency. This is not what I expect after spending $18,000 and pay for their Maintenance Plan. We've now purchased portal AC units to get us by until this is fixed. I have little confidence in their products and services and would highly recommend you look elsewhere."
