Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it.
