Dropped the price to $125, too. The female cleaner even went out of her way to change the shelving inside our fridge to make it more efficient..so much better! "This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. I would highly recommend anyone use Nick’s Tile and More because you can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer more than the paycheck."

"Cleaned air ducts plus sanitizing. Professional staff (2)...wore foot coverings while in house.  Had to pay $45 extra for 3 vents other than offered...house is only 1400 sq.ft.  Per company's suggestion, I purchased and paid for a washable/reusable air cleaner/filter (20X25X5) for $149.00, which was to be delivered to me.  As of this date I have not yet received the air cleaner/filter!!!  I called on 12/26/13 at 12:40pm.  The company was to follow-up with me and still no word from them!!!  The service performed was excellent, but the follow-up regarding the status of the filter is unacceptable!  As of 3/7/14...I am still waiting to receive the filter of which was paid for on the day of service.  My total cost was $343.00."

"I could not of been HAPPIER with the service provided!! The whole experience couldn't have gone BETTER!  The technician was punctual and even called momements before arriving on the designated appt. time. Once the technician arrived, he was very polite and briefly explained the cleaning process. He completed the job in a timely manner while still taking his time and paying attention to high traffic areas and set in stains. I've had my carpet professionally cleaned before by a different company and I've used a shampoo-er of my own and he was able to clean a spot that I never thought would come out! I was thrilled! The sofa and loveseat also look and smell so much better. The only thing that I would of liked to be better about the whole experience is how long it took the sofa and love seat to dry. They had given me a heads up though so, Once I stuck a fan in front of them, that helped alot. But everything looked so great, that my landlord actually liked the job so much, she decided to use "Like-Nu" as her cleaning company for her other rental homes. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a great service, at a good price, by a friendly professional.
