"Good experience, will consult with Cox for any future garage door needs"

"Smittys did a great job providing a free quote and explained all the details involved with my garage door replacement. Smittys did a great job with communication and providing updates on the garage door order. Smittys allowed me to purchase my own opener, but explained he could not certify or give a warranty for the opener because it was one he did not use. My opener ended up being defective and I needed to return it for a replacement. Smittys came out right away to remove the defective opener and install the replacement. He was very supportive even though he explained in the beginning that this could happen. I would highly recommend Smittys Solow Garage Door Service for your service needs."

"Had a really good experience with Garage Door Pro. They were quick to respond, friendly, and did a great job getting my garage door fixed they replaced my springs and got me a new opener. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done right, and there were no surprises. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in Charlotte."

"I hired Five Star Garage Doors to install a garage door opener that I provided. Alex did a very professional job—quick, efficient, and clean. The work was done right, and the price was great. I highly recommend his services!"

"Josh, the serviceman from A1 Garage Door, was on time, did a complete inspection of both garage doors, found the problem, serviced completely both doors and within a few hours . He explained everything he did, and reprogrammed our garage openers. We were very happy with this entire process."

"He was professional and efficient. He did a great job of replacing one garage door to match the second door and replaced both door openers. He took the extra time to help me set up the My Q app where I can open our close the doors as I need to. Thanks for a fantastic job."

"Very quick with coming out and getting us on there schedule.. communication was terrible after that when I was told they would be at my house to pressure wash at a specific time and I had to call hours later to find out where they were. Same thing happened the following day when they did not finish the 1st day. Also broke a blade on our outside patio but they did fix it(weeks later and they did not call before hand) also did not use any type of bleach or cleaner to pressure wash the house.. in which I had to go back over certain spots because water was not enough."

"Beautiful work, excellent garage door opener. So quiet! You canâ t hear it on from inside. Thrilled with the improvement!"

"We had a great experience working with John and his partner. He is really skilled with tilingâ and was able to add in a couple other small jobs too (installed stove hood and fixed a hole in ceiling) for a reasonable price. We love our â newâ kitchen!"
