Reason I went with them over my other quotes was that Tony pointed out a number of other problems with my system and fixed all of them during installation. The other companies didn't even notice them and even I could see that they would have affected my system's performance. He offered a number of options and made his recommendations, but wasn't high pressure at all like some of the others and explained everything in-depth. The installer, Ron, was professional and thorough. It was a two-day job and they cleaned everything up upon completion. Tony stopped by several times to oversee the installation. The inspectors commented that it was some of the best work they had seen and one said that he used Custom for his house based on their quality of work. Price was very fair for the amount of work and units I chose and competitive with my other quotes. AC has worked perfectly ever since and just waiting for the cold to hit and start up the furnace. Very satisfied and feel I made the right choice. I highly recommend them."

"The Doctor Flue team came out to my place right on time (actually, early!) and called ahead with their ETA. They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."
