"This was the second hot tub we purchased from Fun Outdoor Living as we loved the Pinnacle spa.  The sales process was friendly (Andre) and we felt like we got a great deal.  However, the after-sale service was a little frustrating.  The company drops off the tub and relies on their recommended electrician to provide the hot tub orientation (electrician does great work and is reasonably priced).  The electrician walked us through key items to remember and do once the hot tub was filled.  However, after following the steps we had continuous issues with getting the hot tub clear and chemicals balanced for the next month.  <br /> <br /> When calling the office, the representative told us to drain the tub and add some new chemicals or call the Pinnacle spa help line for further issues (FYI - called the helpline, left two messages, and never received a response).  We were told we would be charged a fee to come out (granted this is within 30 days of dropping off the tub) since it wasn't considered a warranty issue and Fun Outdoor doesn't offer chemical supplies or water maintenance.  After spending over $100 on chemicals and researching the issue on Google, we determined our water had too much metal in it.  The owner at a different hot tub company locally was extremely helpful, taking the time to test our water (for free), recommend the right chemicals, and validate some of the things we found on Google.  Now, after 4 months of having the hot tub, we still love the Pinnacle spa and the water is balanced (had to buy a permanent filter addition to remove water hardness and metals).  It does help to educate yourself on hot tubs as they are not the easiest to maintain or understand.  <br /> <br /> Upon expressing some concerns on the service, Andre personally called and apologized and noted this is not the service level to be expected.  We will continue to go through Fun Outdoor for our service needs as they do understand the product the best. <br />"

"When my husband and I first met George, we could tell right away how genuine he was in his desire to create a unique outdoor living space that would bring our vision to life. He listened and made suggestions without imposing his ideas. He made it clear that he wanted the final product to reflect what we wanted and how we wanted to feel in our space. We knew at the end of our meeting that we were in good hands. We had a couple more meetings before the start of the project to make sure we were certain with all the details and selections. At that point, we felt at ease taking on such a large and costly project because we knew George and his team would get it right. Fast forward 3 months — they got it SO right. It was better than we could imagined. Matt, our project manager kept us posted constantly throughout the project and always checked in to see if we were happy with every detail. He did not hesitate if we asked to change minor details along the way. The stone crew’s attention to detail and workmanship is remarkable. Matt coordinated the different trades (carpentry, paint, electrical, etc...) really well so that we would stay on schedule and on budget. All in all, we are beyond thrilled with the final product. We were amazed at how closely the computer rendering matched the final product. We would not hesitate to recommend The Stone Man. We really had a GREAT experience from beginning to end. "Artisan Pools did a large pool in our backyard. The process was smooth and easy. Chip and Dave were very attentive and professional. Our pool was simple and geometric in shape, but it’s a showpiece that’s talked about by everyone that visits the house. We decided to go with a decided to go with a rectangular pool, one end having a small sunshelf with tiered stairs and the other having an L- shaped bench cutout. Artisan also installed a paver patio, palm trees, and artificial turf around the pool. We are so pleased that we went with them. One thing that probably goes unnoticed when you are building a pool (but I am very thankful for it now that I have more experience) is the quality of materials used in our construction. I have many friends that have pools so of course we compare notes. I will say that our filter/pump/lighting/etc. are all second to none. Those friends are always impressed with our equipment compared to theirs. Many have even told us that they wish they had gone with our company. We looked at 5 different pool companies and got quotes from 3. Artisan was in the middle of those quotes (all were within 10% of each other). I just say this to let you know that you may find a slightly cheaper pool, but you will also get just that…. A cheaper pool. We couldn’t be happier with both the process and the finished product we got from Artisan. We would highly recommend them to anyone."

The crew installed one morning while I was at work (they arrived early and timely) so we were able to enjoy our new lighting the same day - it looks great!
