They did a complete overhead water repipe. The end result was greater water pressure than we've had since we first moved in 10 years ago. No more leaking pipes or low water pressure! They're professional, friendly and competent. They listened to my requests and worked with us to come up with the best solution. They also installed a Moen in line water monitoring system. We also used them for smaller plumbing issues. They honored their original quotes which were lower than the 2 estimates we received from other companies. We trust them completely based on our experiences with them. We highly recommend this company and will continue to rely on them for our plumbing needs."

Proline came out and made a very reasonable price to replace all the water lines with new PEX and they replaced all of my faucets with ones I had picked out. "They responded very quickly to my inquiry. Acme plumbers showed up late but on the same day without parts and went to Lowes to obtain parts. Repair was unsuccessful and they said they they would return next morning. Did not show up and I called the company. Company owner answered the call and came to house (with parts and tools) that same day. He quickly repaired the water main leak and we were happy campers. Acme Owner was very skilled and professional. I would recommend Acme, but I was disappointed with their first plumbing crew."

"After he figured out where the leak was coming from, he found that the whole faucet needed to be replaced. Had to travel 15 minutes away just to get a new one.  Cleveland is a very little town. I had an appointment so I had to leave him by his self to complete job. When I got back home everything was done and it looked good and no longer leaks. Thank you so much.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
