The price for the new faucet and installation was more than what we wanted to spend on this repair so we thanked him for his time and shared we were nit interested in purchasing a new fixture. He was fine with our decision and did not charge us for his time to assess our circumstances and wished us well. All good.... we have never used ecoplumbers previously. I found them very professional and timely. I believe for our application they were not the right fit for us...."
