"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."

"Our home Water Heater went out on Saturday 5/2 just a day before our RV Trip to my best friend's Memorial Service in Idaho. Water was all over our garage floor. I immediately determined the price and availability of a new unit and then proceeded to contact various repair facilities. Alex at New Moon was the first to respond. His price and schedule for completion was the best of those who took the time and effort to respond. I expected the installation would have to be scheduled after we were back in a couple of weeks. To my amazement, Alex said he would be happy to come with the Water Heater we preferred the NEXT morning (Sunday)! Before I committed, I checked his various reviews and decided to utilize his services. Alex came the next morning right on time with our preferred Water Heater. In less than two hours his installation was complete. Though Alex was uable to modify our existing copper vent line, he came back once we were back home and finished the job. Alex was wonderful!"

Job was completed quickly and satisfactorily. Service people were friendly and explained what was required and how they were going to fix the problem. "Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."
