"I live on the San Francisco peninsula area. My kitchen floor needs replacing and before the floor installer could begin, they informed me I needed my existing flooring needed to be tested for ASBESTOS before any work could be done. I reached out to multiple companies from different platforms for ASBESTOS TESTING and not one company replied back to me except for ADVIRO recommended from ANGI"S LIST. Response was quick and professional. They made initial contact the next business day via text message, email and phone call. An appointment was made, 2 techs came to do the testing, less than an 20 min visit and result were emailed within 2 days. Original price quote was $455 but ended up being $535, due to a second layer of flooring. Each layer needed to be tested. They also recommended the vinyl border trim for testing, (again an additional cost) that I kindly declined. I would highly recommend ADVIRO."

"Great service and good company.
After spooking to this company, I decided to schedule an appointment to come over and check my air ducts.
The technician (Juan) came over the following day and he was able to test and check the air ducts at my house.
He went up to the attic and worked there for like an hour checking everything. He explained to me that he couldn't see any problem and all it need is a cleaning which was included in his inspection. I appreciated his honesty and work.

"Unfortunately and not healthy, I my air ducts and vents have been serviced long time ago and a bad smell start to appear each time I turned the heater or air conditioning on, so after investing good amount of time online by research and contacting a few air duct companies, I contacted Attic Masters from LA. "We had several issues that caused us to contact a company that can come over and check our house for any problem that can be solved and reduced our utilities bills. We contact this company and we asked them to come over and see what they can do. Avi came over and explained to us how they work and what they do in order to determine what can be done. The initial work included sealing all the openings in the house and then they made some tests with special machine that made a clear picture that our air conditioning system have some leaks that causing the system to work extra time. After they completed the testing, Avi came over with another crew of workers and fixed the ducts making sure that there will be no more leaks from that area. The work that they did was good because they made a massive testing before they came to the conclusion about the air conditioning ducts.

"They were professional and courteous enough, but the end result wasn't quite as good as I was hoping for. There are a few pretty obvious drip marks on some of the cabinet fronts and there is paint that I will need to scrape off on one of the glass fronts, one of the ovens and on the brand new cooktop. I'm a little resentful that I am now needing to spend time fixing these mistakes. I have painted a lot of furniture over the years and feel like I could have done just as good as a job.
