"I had Pedro and his team to do concrete for my backyard, side walkways, front courtyard which are added up about 3500 sf. Backyard is dirt yard, side walkway and courtyard had existing cracked concrete which require demolition. The side yard next to the garage is wide enough so we constructed it to be an extra car park! After negotiation for my limited budget Pedro gave me some discount and we came up with agreement on the contract. Pedro scheduled a time and estimated of 8 to10 working days to finish the project. The Xtreme concrete crews are fantastic - they were at my house everyday at 8:0am and worked tirelessly until 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Actually the project was extended with extra work as demolition was completed we discovered that our courtyard walls were baseless and not well secure which expose a safety concern. Pedro and his project manager Oscar raised the concern and discussed with me of the problem and they came up with the fix using add on 4zx4 press- treated posts. When the project was going on I also realized that there was good opportunity for me to add in the drainage system, they agreed and charged me with a reasonable price for both add on in the last minutes. I was amazed how fast they completed my project in just 8 days, 2 days ahead of schedule including two last minutes add on! Pedro was very clear communication with me from the beginning till the end. The Xtreme concrete management is thoughtful, respectful, organized and well scheduled. I always have the feeling that they are trustful, friendly and listen to customer's need. They actually ran extra miles for me, I would absolutely use them again. While I did get "cheaper" quotes from other parties, I had a great feeling speaking with Pedro and trusted my gut that this is the premier company. "The handy man came on time. After two hours he finished the doors and advised us he had 11am appt and left for the appt around 10:20. We were told to reschedule for the toilet. Very disappointed at only doing the door when both jobs were part of the schedule, which took three weeks to get. Only getting the door for $200, which was to include the toilet and charging addition to return to finish the job. Goughing??? And misleading. Contractor' s usually finish what they start for the agreed upon fee."

"I referred Shelby to a client of mine. The main thing they needed was to have a closet built in a room (framing, sheetrock, tape, texture and prime) so that it could be advertised as a bedroom. It required moving electrical and cable plus pulling carpet back and then re-tacked and stretched. Also all of the closet doors in three other bedrooms were installed incorrectly needed to be re-installed with all new hardware and two ceiling fans had to have exposed romex sheathed to code. In addition a cable outlet was installed incorrectly and had to be moved and a dryer vent needed to be installed in the garage (a siding contractor had blocked it!). <br /> When Shelby came to do his free estimate he noticed a gas smell in the garage coming from the dryer. The flexible hose was leaking! Insistent this was not safe (we agreed!), he went to the store that evening, came back and replaced the hose! <br /> He noticed in the garage that there were extension cords connecting several things (not code), exposed wiring, improper water heater support, and missing fire tape on an entire wall (needed for safety and code). <br /> Time was a factor for completion. Shelby emailed his estimate within 24 hrs (wow!) and committed to the short two week window required (another wow!). He went above and beyond working weekends and long hours. The quality of his workmanship and his professionalism far exceeded our expectation. We are grateful for his expertise and because of his diligence; the house went through the property inspection with flying colors!! <br /> When I refer anyone it is not only their reputation on the line it is my reputation as well. "It went incredibly well. Ignacio spent a lot of time with us working on the design and budget. While this company is not the cheapest on the market, in this case you truly get what you paid for. Ignacio's design took our breath away. The texture and color of the stamped concrete is beautiful. The extra patio space transformed an ugly weird patio to a masterpiece. The flagstone topped retaining walls easily provides seating for more people than we know. The color coordination between the concrete, the flagstone, and the stucco faced retaining walls is very pleasing to the eye. Unique' s crew is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to have working for me. I have never seen a harder working crew. The truly gave us a full 9 hours of back breaking work. The job superb Roberto was fantastic, easy to work with and to communicate. Ignacio made it a point to stop by every day. As with all construction there are issues, broken water lines, sprinkler lines, irrigation control cables. Roberto took immediate care of any and all such issues. He did a great job in keeping my stress levels low. <br /> <br />This may be the best hardscape company in the Bay Area. The attention to detail is exceptional. Ignacio has a designer's eye. <br /> <br />We love the result, and have spent more time outside in the last month than in the three previous years.. <br /> <br />Hire this crew.
