Michael was great helping us on the sales side, and Stuart and his crew (Juaquin, Derek, and Angel) worked hard to get our AC up and running right before a bad weekend heatwave. "The technicians that came to install our HVAC system were super friendly and accommodating to my many requests about locations of the furnace, vent pipes, the condenser wiring, piping, and the condenser itself. When I asked for a 90 degree boot feeding two registers so the piping could stay high, a technician made a run to a store and found them. I want to give a shout out to Danny Aguilar who installed the furnace with Edgar and Victor. Grant Duran with Jose and Richard did an amazing job installing the vent pipes. Finally Adolph Garcia with Gabriel and later several other technicians I previously mentioned all worked to install the AC system (condenser and its plumbing + electrical). They worked late into the day to complete the job. I was very demanding in where I wanted things installed and requested changes on a regular basis but in all cases I was accommodated."

"I called the number and Diego's wife/receptionist was very helpful and told me she would contact Diego to see how soon he could come check my unit. She followed up with me a few times that day and told me he would be out early Saturday morning. Sure enough abt 9:30am Saturday he showed up and was very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine the problem (blown compressor) and within about 30mins had it replaced and my unit was fixed. He was a life saver, because for the next 6 days we hit 100+ temperatures including one day of 108. "We moved to our home few months ago and had to replace the HVAC system. The AC Company had to go inside the attic and they noticed a problem with the insulation there. We asked around some friends and family members and we came across Attic Masters. From the other 3 companies that we spoke and met with, Adam was the most polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was also cheaper than the rest so we scheduled them to come and do the job. Our referral was absolutely correct! They were an amazing crew! They didn't just replace the insulation. The last owners of the home had rats problem in the attic which caused a bigger problem than we thought and we had to secure not only the house but also the insulation. Adam's crew took all the old and bad insulation out from the attic and house in a very careful way (inside bags). They sanitized the entire attic and then rat proofed it with special mesh wiring to make sure we would never have this problem again. After this was completed, they laid the new insulation in and even insulated the walls of the attic. I HIGHLY recommend Attic Masters to anyone looking to remove and install insulation."

He is very professional. courteous, and punctual. He takes pride in his company and seeks a longterm business relationship with his customers. He had to come back on two additional days to buy replacement parts  to complete the service but was always on schedule. I did not feel he was trying to upsell. All in all, he gives up to date professional service at a fair price in a timely fashion.  I felt that both customer and service provider were happy with the business transaction. He left me the service manuals for the Carrier furnance and for the Honeywell thermostat which will be a good resource if we need future service. I will use his company again if the quality of service persists.
