"Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost. "I had my 20 year old HVAC replaced entirely by AAA. I am writing this review after a few months to ensure I get full use of both the air conditioner and central heat. Everything is working in great condition. The workmanship and professionalism from quoting to install and servicing is excellent. They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. Also did several follow ups after the work is done to ensure satistfaction."

"When your request a service, it important to ask if there is anything else I should know. My dryer wasn't getting hot so I thought I would just need my vent cleaned. Well, come to find out when the vent was clean and after the guy was packing up, he stated that "oh, we do provide a dryer cleaning and we have those packages he also stated "If your dryer doesn't get hot, you ming need a full cleaning of the dryer, where we take it apart" I would have requested that full service, if I would have known about that service. I'm not scheduling another appointment when the guy was already here and could have done everything to get my dryer working.... My suggestion is to ask all the questions possible to make sure you know your options for service. P.S. My dryer still isn't getting hot."
