After getting my phone call, Andrea responded very quickly and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. The shower, the floor, and the ceiling must be opened, dried, and the mold treated for mitigation. Andrea and his team did a great job in that. For the restoration, Andrea and his team had to replace two sinks with new countertops, redo one toilet, redo the shower with new dry wall, cement board, tiles, and the bathroom floor. For the family room, they had to repaint the ceiling and the result is great. I have no complaints. Everyone in his team is professional and I will not hesitate to hire them for another project."

They drained the leaking tank and re-routed the pipes so we could continue to use the one tank.
