"Of course, my A/c failed on one of the hottest days in July. Frankie made it to my house in the afternoon the next day, not bad by any means knowing it is a busy time. Repair was quick as it was just the capacitor. Cost wise, a little high based on my neighbor that had same problem a few weeks ago. My bill was $450- (150 service call, 300 for capacitor) neighbors company charged $275 for same service. These capacitors only cost $20-30. Perhaps service tech was in a hurry and did not want to list the other categories such as diagnostic fee and repair labor and just added those costs to the part price."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"It went great. The overall quality of the work was top notch & the craftsmen were courteous &professional. The shower area had some issues with the tile work & I called them out a couple times to review the situation with a quick fix, but after several months it was clear the underlying structure under the tile was causing the problem. Jonathon came back out warrantied the work and rebuilt the tile section over 3 days & we're super happy with the results. I would highly recommend JSC. We've used them extensively on several other projects around the house & have always been happy with the quality of their work.
