"We had an issue with sewer line back up into our finished basement. I called this company and they came out to inspect the situation and give us a quote. I was very busy at work that day and couldn't be there to meet them at the property. In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."

"A waterline leak was suspected due to increasing water bills. On the first visit, David, from the Original Plumber, performed a pressure test and subsequently discovered an area of water puddling in my yard. David wrote up two estimates for me to consider: (1) only repair the affected area where the waterline was leaking and (2) a complete waterline replacement from meter to house. Due to a full transferable lifetime warranty provided by the Original Plumber on the waterline and the fact that David agreed to perform two complete toilet rebuilds for no additional cost, I chose the complete waterline replacement. The complete waterline replacement and the toilet rebuilds were started and completed in a very professional and efficient manner the next day. After digging the trench for the new waterline, it turned out, due to the condition of the existing waterline in relation to the location of the water leak, that a complete waterline replacement was the only option I had after all. Fortunately, I had service line coverage as part of my homeowners' insurance and was able to get a full reimbursement of my costs (less my deductible) for the work performed.
