"Mark Lemenager was very knowledgeable. He was our initial inspector, and he provided us with thorough, insightful information regarding our foundation issues. Darryl, David, and the rest of the work crew were very professional and accommodating. They even came by the next day to inspect the flooring to make sure everything was level. We were highly impressed by them."

"It went great. Milher arrived promptly and began work immediately. They were phenomenal with how they deconstructed the fence and rebuilt the fence in a timely manner. They asked my input before securing the fence. They made sure all measurements were correct. What I am most impressed by was how they raised up my existing fence in areas that weren’t providing me any privacy. What surprised me more so was the fact they cleaned up, shoveled, and raked up remnants of where the fence previously stood. They were excellent. Awesome!!!"

"After reviewing our situation CFS recommended we contact a brick mason to rebuild the support columns. His conclusion was that it would not be a good investment to utilize their services for the repair I needed. He also surveyed our fireplace and attached porch and noted potential areas to keep and eye on.
No pressure at all to contract for services, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided good background information for us to understand what had caused the problems (ground settling) and how to monitor for future changes.
While we did not contract with CFS I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.
"

"Perfectly! Richard and his assistant were outstanding and very knowledgeable, having had a lot of experience with this technique. My husband (an engineer) asked to observe, and Richard was very welcoming. The job took exactly one hour, and they arrived promptly. Setting our appointment with Kelly was so pleasant! She was sweet and also honored the senior discount. We appreciated that!!!"

"My HOA management company hired them to level side walks and reduce tripping hazards. They put large eye hooks into the sidewalk and door step slabs, lift them with jacks and beams and inject a synthetic under the slabs. They then they lower the slabs, remove the eye hooks, and fill the eye hook holes. Very quick and the immediate results are great.
They were happy to explain the process and I found them straight forward and professional.
"

"To Expert House Movers
We wanted to let you know just how pleased we are with the work you did on our house. Before we contacted you, we had several other contractors look at our home. We actually had hired another contractor, who took such a long time, never returned our calls, missed meetings, and took months to even get us our bid. And when that contractor did get us our bid, it was more than doubled our previously discussed budget!
That is when we called you, you came out immediately, was extremely professional, but more importantly, you had a personal interaction with both me and my wife throughout the entire process. You answered all our phone calls, all of our questions, and talked with us throughout the entire process. We felt extremely confident and assured through the entire lift. This house is our dream house and we are going to live in it until we die, and you knew how much it meant to us, and you took care of it as if it were your own.
As you know, my wife ended up in the hospital with some complications with her surgery while you were working on our home, and you took such great care of our house. You knew she was very disappointed that she could not be there, as she designed the foundation window placements and had a big part in the doors and steps. Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife. Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers!
You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was!
We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. You have certainly set bar very high for the other contractors that will be coming in for the other parts of the home! Your company and its crew should be very proud of its work. You do a job that is very difficult, complex and tedious, but you do it with care, expertise, and perfection. We actually miss you guys and wish you were around. You are like family to us. We only wish we could rate your service and staff A++ , if there were such a rating.
All our best and blessings,
Randy and Elizabeth
"

"My building turned out better than I could imagine. Vince was a true visionary and provided helpful suggestions as to the windows, floor plan and even wood trim. I incorporated all of his suggestions and they made a big difference to the over all appeal and trendy look of the boutique that I was trying to achieve. He is very easy to work with and despite my Type-A perfectionistic personality and he was very patient with me and professional. He made the entire process so easy. After the construction was complete on the building I was approached on several occasions by others inquiring about availability for their business. It was a great feeling considering the poor shape the building was in prior to the construction. Best suggestion is to get Elite Construction involved early in your project. And last, they worked with my budget.
"

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Murrells Inlet, SC

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
